We offer precise simulations for energy consumption in residential, office or similar object usage, which are accurate 97% compared to expected consumption during usage of the buildings. Besides energy savings and comfor increased we offer techno-economic analysis which can give clear picture of investment return (ESCO model). Securing investment is not the only benefit from such analysis - increased quality of the building gives extraordinary position on the building market in the region.
Energy optimization can be performed in order to meet Serbian laws and to achieve A or A+ energy class of the buildings. We can process energy passport (requried by Serbian law) but we can process certification of the building according to other international standard required by the investor. Our calculations can show primary and final energy demands for heating, cooling, CO2 emissions, energy production from RES and many other data which can be very useful for investment strategy.
